 What does It do?

Suggested Reply helps you respond to homeowner requests by generating context-aware responses using community information already stored within the platform, such as documents, announcements, and account details.

You stay in control; the AI simply assists. You decide whether to use, edit, or ignore the suggested response.


How does it work?

In TownSq Community (via Requests):

  1. A homeowner submits a request.
  2. The manager clicks “Suggest a reply.”
  3. The AI reviews relevant community content (respecting access permissions).
  4. A suggested response is generated.
  5. The manager reviews, edits if needed, and posts the reply.
  6. Feedback can be provided using thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons.

  1. Users manage requests, messages, and assignments from a centralized dashboard.
  2. Suggested Reply becomes available when responding to homeowner requests.
  3. The AI generates a response using internal documents, announcements, and account info.
