What does it do?

Request Interception uses an AI-powered contextual search to help residents quickly locate existing information from community documents and announcements.

When a resident starts a new request, the system automatically analyzes the text and instantly displays up to three suggestions that might already contain the answer.

If the suggestion helps, the homeowner can close the flow immediately. If not, the request proceeds as usual to the manager.

How does it work?

In TownSq Community (via Requests):

1.        The homeowner fills out a request form (title, category, description, attachments).

2.        Upon clicking Submit, TownSq AI reviews the message and searches within community documents and announcements.

3.        If relevant results are found, up to three are displayed—each with a short preview and a link to view the full content.

The homeowner can:

-              Click Yes, I found my answer to close the flow.

-              Click No, submit my request to continue as usual.

-              Select Go back to edit their request before sending.

All results respect the user's permission level and visibility settings defined by the community.

All processing happens securely within TownSq; no external AI vendors are used. Only documents and announcements that each user is authorized to view are included in the search, and community data is never shared or mixed across communities.
