We’ve redesigned the TownSq Community homepage to make finding what matters most effortless from the very first screen. Residents, board members, and community managers alike can now access more organized, relevant information—spending less time searching and more time connecting. Whether you need to check a payment, read the latest announcement, or follow up on a request, to-dos and updates are now easier to spot and act on.

Why this change matters

The old homepage made finding important information a challenge. Updates were buried, navigation was clunky and time-consuming, and everyone saw the same layout—no matter their role.

The new homepage bridges these gaps by:

·      Making information readily accessible: Payments, documents, requests, and announcements are now front and center.

·      Adapting to individual roles: Residents, managers, and board members each see what's most relevant to them.[IC1]

·      Creating an intuitive experience: You’ll navigate with fewer clicks, experience less confusion, and enjoy a homepage that’s tailored to your community.

See it in action: Watch the video below to discover how the new homepage works and how it cuts the clutter.

·      Your new homepage at a glance Personalized header: See your name, recent features, and (on Mobile) a Global Search bar for quick access.

·      Account information: View balances, last payment, and make payments directly (for integrated communities).

·      Bulletin board: Managers can pin up to five key items—Announcements, Documents, Events, Forum posts, or Surveys—[IC2] so essential updates are highlighted.

·      Announcements and events: These are always visible and easy to explore, so you never miss what’s happening in your neighborhood.

·      My updates: Access a consolidated feed of your most recent requests, documents, billing items, packages, and reservations.

·      My to-dos (managers): Experience one place to track pending requests, assignments, or messages that need action.

·      Community branding: Managers can upload a community logo, giving the homepage a unique, personalized feel.

The new homepage experience is available across Web, iOS, and Android.

We're committed to refining the TownSq Community experience, making everyday leading and living more seamless and simple. The new and improved homepage is just the beginning—more enhancements are on the way to deliver even greater clarity, convenience, and engagement to your communities.
