Admin users have the capability to assist residents with their registration and login processes.
Now, admin users have the capability to assist residents with their registration and login processes. Here's some more about this new capability:
- Admin users can now edit a user's email address within the Residents feature and resend their password if necessary. The user will receive an invitation with their new email address.
- Email editing is an option for users who have never logged in.
- Password resets are available for users who have logged in at least once.
- This capability ensures accurate user information and provides valuable access assistance.
