Assignments Just Got More Powerful

For community leaders, managing tasks is a daily reality, so making sense of them should be simple and efficient. That’s why we’re introducing new ways to make assignment reports more flexible and straightforward.

You can now filter reports by specific assignees, making it easier to track responsibilities and follow up on key action items. You can even choose the reporting format that works best for your workflow, with options like CSV and XLSX.

These enhancements are now available on the web version of TownSq Community, optimizing reporting for faster, clearer, more aligned workflows.

Weekly News, with a Look Ahead

Our Weekly Community Update email has always kept residents informed with announcements, completed tasks, and essential updates from the previous seven days. But something was missing: a view of what’s next.

We’re closing that gap by introducing the new Upcoming Events section. Now, your weekly email won’t just recap the past—it’ll also spotlight events scheduled for the week ahead. From board meetings to pool parties and community cleanups, residents will be better informed and better prepared.

As one of the primary requests we received from our users, we're proud to deliver a solution that adds clarity, convenience, and planning power to every community.
