A statement descriptor is the short line of text that appears next to a charge on your bank or credit card statement. Homeowner payments made through TownSq will now display your community’s name for greater clarity and easier identification.
Why It Matter
Previously, payments made through TownSq appeared on statements as "ATG Pay," a name many homeowners didn’t recognize, which could lead to confusion or disputed charges. Statement descriptors will now display up to the first 22 characters of your community's name, meaning longer names may appear abbreviated on some statements.
