Tip #1 Create a Daily Schedule:

It's important to keep kids on a reasonable schedule. One way to engage your children in the planning process is to allow each child to choose a daily activity.

Tip #2 Daily Physical Exercise:

Avoid staying indoors all day. Similar to a school gym class, include daily physical exercise to your child's new schedule. Instead of crowded playgrounds, opt for a neighborhood walk or bike ride to get needed fresh air and exercise.

Tip #3 Take Advantage of Virtual Resources:

Check out your local library's website. Some libraries are offering kid-friendly, digital options such as e-books, movies, an e-magazines on their websites.
